END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

Ventie Team ("Ventie," "we," "us," or "our") provides this End User License Agreement ("EULA") governing your access to and use of the Ventie mobile application (the "App") and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by this legally binding contract. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

The Service is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use constitutes acceptance of this EULA and incorporates our Privacy Policy. Minors under 17 are prohibited from using the Service.

1. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the sole right to amend this EULA at any time. Material changes will be notified via in-App alerts or email. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. You must periodically review the current EULA.

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION & DISCLAIMERS

The Service facilitates user communication via text, video, images, and third-party integrations. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim liability for:

• User conduct or accuracy of user-provided information;
• Offline interactions between users;
• Third-party content or services.

1. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

a) Comply with all applicable laws (including but not limited to 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, CDA § 230, and COPPA);

b) Not engage in illegal, harassing, or discriminatory conduct;

c) Not upload content infringing intellectual property rights;
