Welcome to MojiCode! Your privacy is incredibly important to us. This Privacy Policy is designed to explain transparently what information MojiCode ("we," "us," or "our") collects, or more importantly, what we do not collect, when you use our iOS application ("App").

Our philosophy is simple: Your secrets should stay your secrets. MojiCode is designed to be a private, fun tool for you and your friends.

1. No Data Collection

MojiCode is built to operate entirely on your device. We do not collect, store, transmit, or have access to any of your personal data or the content you create. This includes:

• Your Messages: Any text you type, paste, encrypt, or decrypt is processed exclusively on your device and is never sent to our servers or any third-party service.
• Your Keys: The default key is built into the App. If you purchase and use a custom "Super Key," it is stored securely on your device (e.g., in UserDefaults or your device's Keychain) and is never accessible to us.
• Personal Information: We do not require you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, location, device identifiers, or any other personal information.
• Usage Analytics: The current version of MojiCode does not use any third-party analytics or tracking tools to monitor your behavior within the App.

2. In-App Purchases

MojiCode offers optional premium features via In-App Purchases (IAP), processed securely through Apple's App Store.

• When you make a purchase, the transaction is handled entirely by Apple. We do not collect or store your payment information, such as credit card details.
• We receive an anonymized receipt from Apple to verify your purchase and unlock the premium features for you. This receipt does not contain personally identifiable information.
• Your purchase history is managed through your Apple ID account.

3. Data Storage

All data related to the App's functionality, such as your custom "Super Key" (if you are a premium user), is stored locally and securely on your device. This data is subject to your device's standard backup and security protocols. If you delete the App, this data will also be deleted.

4. Children's Privacy

Our App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can promptly remove it.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
