Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the SodaFocus iOS application (the "Service," "App") operated by the SodaFocus Team ("us," "we," or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service. By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

1. License and Scope of Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the SodaFocus App for your personal, non-commercial use on any Apple-branded products that you own or control.

Your use of the App must also comply with the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which you agree to by using the App Store. These Terms supplement and do not replace the Apple EULA.

2. Service Features

SodaFocus provides a set of features free of charge. Certain additional features, such as detailed statistics, iCloud sync, unlimited custom tags, and stopwatch mode, are part of a premium subscription service ("SodaFocus Pro").

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases ("SodaFocus Pro")

• Payment: SodaFocus Pro can be purchased via a recurring subscription or a one-time lifetime payment through the Apple App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time by going to your account settings in the App Store after purchase. No refund will be provided for any unused portion of the term.
• Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for the content you create within the App, including but not limited to your custom tag names and your focus session history ("User Content"). You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. This data is stored on your device and, if you choose to enable the feature, in your private Apple iCloud account. We do not have access to, nor do we store, your User Content on our servers.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service.
